Heroin Investigation Leads to Arrests


An undercover narcotics investigation has lead to the arrest of two additional people. Pantelis Gregory Mendonis, 23, and Kerry Marie Boulet, 23, both of Jacksonville were both taken into custody after Special Operations Division Officers observed a heroin trafficking transaction. The arrest was made on Friday, April 11, in a retail parking area near Piney Green Road.
