* FORECAST...THE RIVER WILL CONTINUE RISING TO NEAR 14.3 FEET BY
TOMORROW EVENING. THE RIVER IS EXPECTED TO FALL BELOW FLOOD STAGE
EARLY THURSDAY AFTERNOON.
* IMPACT...AT 14.0 FEET...WATER WILL BEGIN TO OVERFLOW INTO LOWLANDS
