3 arrested in Greenville nightclub shooting

Greenville Police tell Nine On Your Side they’re investigating a shooting that occurred early Saturday morning outside a nightclub in Greenville.

Two men were injured and transported to the hospital in the incident.  They’re identfied as 22 year old Jeffrey Moore of Bethel and 23 year old Michael Mitchell of Greenville

So far, three suspects have been arrested in connection with the shooting.  They’re charged with Attempted Murder and Assault Inflicting Serious Injury. 

Identified in the shooting are 32 year old Troy Lee Richardson, 23 year old Jeremy Dywane Richardson, and 21 year old Terence Antoine Staton, all of Greenville.  Troy Lee Richarson is being held in the Pitt County Detention Center under a $500,000 secured bond.  JD Richardson and Staton are being held in the Pitt County Detention Center under a $300,000 secured bond.

Police have also identified and trying to locate 17 year old Quintin Lamar Freeman of Greenville as another suspect in the case.  Warrants charge him with Attempted Murder and Assault Inflicting Serious Injury.

Investigation into the incident continues and more arrests are expected.  Anyone with information about this crime or the location of Mr. Freeman is asked to call Crime Stoppers at 758-7777.
