The debate over the half-bar, half-restaurant known as “Unks” is far from over.

At its meeting tonight, the Greenville City Council decided to continue the agenda item until its December 11th meeting.

They’re debating whether they should redefine the difference between a restaurant and a bar.

The new definition would require 30 percent of sales to be made from food for a business to be considered a restaurant.

But tonight the board had questions about how to enforce such a requirement.

They asked for input from the state, which they will consider at their December meeting.
