Elizabeth Edwards is set to speak publicly for the first time since her husband admitted to an affair.
Mrs. Edwards is scheduled to speak today about health care at the National Constitution Center in Philadelphia.
Neither she nor husband John have spoken publicly since he acknowledged in August that he had an affair with a woman hired to produce videos of him in 2006.
John has canceled all events until after the election saying he doesn’t want to be a distraction to his party’s ticket.
