She calls Craven County home, but soon Bev Perdue will have a new address – the Executive Mansion in Raleigh.
The governor-elect spent the weekend in the east, just days after being chosen North Carolina’s first female governor.
Nine On Your Side’s Philip Jones was the first reporter to speak with Perdue one-on-one at her home in New Bern.
