Police trying to ID suspects in 3 separate armed robberies in Craven Co.

NEW BERN, N.C. (WNCT) - The New Bern Police Department is trying to identify several suspects on three separate armed robberies in the Craven County area.

The first incident occurred on April 29 around 11:30p.m. at 4010 Dr. M.L. King Jr. Blvd, police said.

Police described the suspect as a black male, approximately 5'8 and was last seen wearing dark clothing.

The suspect robbed the clerk with a handgun, police said.

Police believed he fled the scene in a gold Toyota Camry.

The second incident occurred on May 5 after 11:30p.m. at the Speedway located on 3314 Neuse Bld, police said.

Police described the suspects as black males, approximately 5'7-5'9 and were last seen wearing dark clothing and masks.

The suspects were armed with handguns and robbed the clerk, police said.

The last incident occurred Sunday after 5:00a.m., police said.

Police described the suspect as a black male with a muscular build and was last seen wearing dark clothing.

The suspect robbed the clerk at gunpoint, police said.

Police said that no injuries were registered during the incidents and the suspects fled the scene with an undisclosed amount of money.
