Jeremy came to WNCN from FOX16 News in Little Rock, Ark., where he served as Weekend Meteorologist and weekday reporter.

Along with his daily weather duties, Jeremy served as the station's "American Idol" reporter, "Deal or Dud" reporter where he tested As-Seen-On-TV products, as well as a segment called "Arkansas on a Tankful," featuring off-the-beaten-path destinations in Arkansas.

Before that, Jeremy served as Meteorologist and Fill-in News Anchor for KNDU-TV (NBC) in Kennewick, Wash.

Prior to moving to Washington State, Jeremy spent time in his home city of Philadelphia where he worked as a Weather Assistant at WTXF-29.

Jeremy's crowning achievement is the development of an aggressive program to educate elementary students about meteorology in a game show format.  The program has reached over 40,000 students in Washington, Oregon, Arkansas, and now North Carolina.

Jeremy attended college at Penn State University in Pennsylvania, where he received a Bachelor of Arts in Broadcast Journalism, and a minor in History and served on the Campus Weather Service. He also served as President of the Penn State Glee Club, in addition to being an active member of the elite Hi-Lo's men's chorus and the Varsity Barbershop Quartet.

Jeremy also attended Mississippi State University in Starkville, Miss., where he completed the school's broadcast meteorology program. Jeremy is an active member of both the American Meteorological Society and the National Weather Association. He also holds both the prestigious American Meteorological Society Seal of Approval and the coveted National Weather Association Seal of Approval.

In his spare time, Jeremy likes to stay in shape by running and working out, as well as the occasional bowling game.  He is also an animal lover and an active supporter of the Humane Society of the United States.

Thanks to his time in the Northeast, the Pacific Northwest, the South, and now the Southeast, Jeremy has a vast amount of experience with severe weather including tornadoes, snow storms, ice storms and hurricanes.

He looks forward to continuing his time in the Triangle.
