Police officers will be putting their skills to the test in the kitchen today all for a good cause.
JPD officers will be serving customers at Kettle Diner on Marine Boulevard. It's all part of "Tip A Cop," a fundraiser to help the Special Olympics.
They'll be there in two shifts from 10 o'clock in the morning to 2 p.m. and from five to nine Friday evening.
Their goal is to collect as many donations as possible for Special Olympics in North Carolina.
