Kinston and West Craven remain in first in their respective conferences while JH Rose picked up a big league win in Friday Night Hoops.
The Kinston Vikings beat Farmville Central on the road, 84-57. Denzel Keyes led the way with 20 points and 8 rebounds while Josh Dawson chipped in 13 points and 10 assists.
West Craven, led by McDonald's All-American nominee Josh Cuthberson, beat conference rival South Central 60-47. The win gives the Eagles a two game lead in the Coastal 3A Conference.
In the Mid-Eastern Conference, JH Rose beat up on Wilmington Ashley 60-46. Meanwhile the Ashley girls beat Rose 53-45.
