No injuries in Fayetteville house explosion

FAYETTEVILLE, N.C. -

A home exploded in Cumberland County damaging more than dozen other homes nearby.
     
It happened around 2:30 a.m. this morning near Fayetteville.
     
Deputies patrolling the area called it in.
     
A major crimes unit and bomb squad units were called to the scene.
     
The explosion was so strong it shook the foundations of other homes and shattered windows.
     
Deputies say the house was for sale and vacant.
     
They're still trying to figure out what caused the explosion.
