GREENVILLE, N.C. -
Eastern North Carolina's CW, WNCT-DT2 (Greenville,
N.C.), has been selected as "Station of the Year" for 2011 by The
CW Television Network's CW PLUS division. The honor salutes
outstanding performance and superior professionalism in sales,
marketing, promotion and community outreach. WNCT surpassed 109
other middle- and small-market television stations across the
country to achieve the prestigious award.

Carolina's CW has accomplished over the past year," noted Russell
Myerson, executive vice president and general manager of The CW
