4 charged in fatal drive-by shooting

In Nash County, 4 people are in jail, accused in a drive-by shooting.

It happened last Thursday in a Middlesex neighborhood.

Charles Hinnant Jr., Dominique Brown, Anna Perry, and Adrian Joyner are facing first degree murder charges.

Investigators tell us the shooting stemmed from a fight between Hinnant and the victim's son.

All four are in jail under no bond.
