Two more Camp Lejeune Marines face charges in connection to a urination video gone viral.
Investigators charged Sergeant Robert Richlands and Captain James Clement with misconduct.
Richardson is accused of video-recording himself and other Marines while they urinated on dead Taliban fighters.
Clement is accused of not stopping Richards.
Two other Marines have pleaded guilty in the case.
They received minimal punishment.
