4 adults, 2 kids displaced by morning apartment fire

GREENVILLE, N.C. -

Two families are searching for a new home after an early morning fire.

It happened around 7:30 a.m. Wednesday at the Ridgewood Condominiums off of Hooker Road.

Firefighters call it suspicious, saying it started in a vacant condo.

The fire spread to 2 other condos, forcing 4 adults and 2 kids out. The Red Cross is helping them find a place to stay.

No one was injured.
