GREENVILLE, N.C. -
A stabbing investigation is underway in Greenville.
Police say a woman stabbed a man in the shin. It happened just after 9:00 at the Stanton Pointe Apartment Complex off Westpointe Drive.
Police captured the woman in a near-by apartment and are holding her for questioning, but haven't charged her. They say it's possible she stabbed the man in self defense.
The man was taken to the hospital and is expected to be okay.
