JACKSONVILLE, N.C. -
A Jacksonville man is jail facing charges, after deputies say he fondled himself in the public visitation area of the jail.
It happened Saturday at the Onslow County Sheriff's Office. Deputies say 32-year-old Donnie Morton came to do a video visitation with a female inmate.
During the conversation, investigators say Morton became aroused and began to touch himself inappropriately. An employee was monitoring the video visitation, and called for backup.
Morton is in jail under a $2,000 bond.
