JACKSONVILLE, N.C. -
Jacksonville Police arrest a man they say shot someone else in the foot.
It happened Tuesday afternoon on the 200 block of Leonard St. Police say 74-year-old Cyrus Douglas Hemby shot 25-year-old Andre Moore in the foot. Moore was taken to the hospital and is expected to be okay.
Hemby is charged with Assault with a Deadly Weapon with Intent to Inflict Serious Injury and is in jail under a $120,000 bond.
