Apparently most of us are still working to pay off our Christmas credit card bills.
Credit reporting agency Transunion says more Americans are making late payments.
The number of overdue payments jumped to 85% in 4th quarter 2012. That's people paying 90-days after deadline.
Experts say a boost in holiday spending is to blame.
A year earlier, about 76% of people were making late card payments.
The average amount of debt is $5,000.
