GREENVILLE- East Carolina opened spring volleyball practice with first-year coach Julie Torbett.
The Pirates are coming off back-to-back two-win seasons. Torbett knows she has quite a challenge in front of her.
"I'm looking forward to it," Torbett told 9 on your side Sports on Monday. "This spring season will give me a chance to really work with our players."
Torbett played collegiately at Penn State and has coached at UNC-Ashville and Winthrop.
