Seven people are in the hospital after a car crashed into a school bus.
It happened on Jeffrey's Road in Rocky Mount just before 4 o'clock.
Police say a car lost control and slid in front of a Benvenue Elementary school bus.
28 students were on board at the time. Paramedics took 2 of them to the hospital.
They also rushed 3 adults and 2 children to the hospital.
Police tell us everyone involved should be okay and charges are likely.
