NEW BERN, N.C. -
Police say they arrested a New Bern man on a fugitive warrant from Georgia.
50-year-old Darryl M. Forbes is accused of having an inappropriate sexual relationship with a child. He's charged with Computer or Electronic pornography and Child Exploitation Prevention Act of 2007 and Enticing a Child for Indecent Purposes.
New Bern Police along with the Craven County Sheriff's Department assisted Newton County Sheriff's Office from Georgia in locating Forbes. They served a search warrant at his residence related to evidence collection on the Georgia cases.
He's in the Craven County Jail under no bond.
