Home prices continue to
rebound
A home price index from Standard
and Poor's financial predicts prices will go up about 3.3% every year for the
next few years.
The index predicts prices
will go up in almost every metro area, except for a few places in Florida.
For example, it predicts
prices in Miami will continue downward because of the high number of
foreclosures in the area.
