Lejeune remained unbeaten on the season with tonight's 56-47 win over East Columbus in the girls 1A Eastern Regionals in Fayetteville.
Lejeune will now meet Saxapahaw River Mill Academy in that regional title game on Saturday. Here are the results from the first night of play:

Class 4A- at Crown Coliseum, Fayetteville
