LOS ANGELES -

There is no "maybe" for Carly Rae Jepsen.

The singer is pulling out of a concert for the Boy Scouts because of the organization's ban on gay members. She tweeted, "As an artist who believes in equality for all people, I will not be participating in the Boy Scouts of America jamboree this summer."

Jepsen is the second top act to bail on the scouts. The Boy Scouts say the jamboree will go on as scheduled.

Justin Bieber is apologizing to his fans. They booed him after he showed up two hours late to his sold-out concert in London. Bieber took to Twitter, blaming "technical issues".

The upcoming issue of "Vanity Fair" has some juicy new details about Taylor Swift's love life.

Swift, who's on the cover, says she has "dated exactly two people" since 2010; Conor Kennedy and Harry Styles, a singer with the group "One Direction." A friend told the magazine Styles chased her for a year.

Tina Fey, Paul Rudd, and Lily Tomlin walked the red carpet for their new movie "Admission." Fey plays a Princeton admissions officer, who lives her life by the book.

The film opens nationwide on March 22nd.
