Man gets 6-8 years in prison for Westhaven breaking & entering

GREENVILLE, N.C. -

An emotional day in court as a man pleads guilty to breaking and entering.

Mark Gardner pleaded guilty to the crime in Pitt County late Thursday afternoon.

9 On Your Side's cameras were in court as Gardner listened to the graphic 911 tapes.
     
He's charged with breaking and entering into Regina Hathaway's home in the Westhaven subdivision last summer.
     
He pleaded guilty to all charges and will spend six to eight years in prison.
