2 Arrested On Drug Charges After Investigation

Greenville Police arrest two people on drug charges. One of them for attempting to sell near a school. Quamane Matthews and Kaitlyn Briggs were taken into custody. Officers set up an investigation at 3003 K Kingston Circle Friday. They took 46 grams of marijuana, 19.5 grams of mushrooms and 1.5 grams of molly and drug paraphernalia. They also seized $646. Matthews was arrested for attempting to sell within a 1,000 feet of a school, among other charges. Briggs was arrested for maintaining a dwelling for a sale of CSA. Other arrests could come soon.
