Several arrested in weekend DWI check point

JACKSONVILLE, N.C. -

Police arrested several people in a weekend DWI check point.

They set up the check point on the U.S. 17 bypass near Camp Geiger early Saturday morning.

Officers arrested three drivers for driving under the influence.

Several others were arrested and charged with different violations from open containers to driving without a license.
