Kinston High School loves basketball. They've got two teams set to play in the state championships Saturday.
Hundreds of students cheered on the Vikings at a pep rally today to get them riled up for the big games. The Lady Vikings will face off against the Pisgah Bears from Canton, North Carolina. This is the first time in program history that he Lady Vikings made it to the state championship.
The boy's team will face off against the Cuthbertson Cavaliers from Waxhaw, NC. The boys are going for their 2nd-straight title.
The girl's team takes the court at noon in the Dean Dome. Then the boys tip off at 2:30. We'll have highlights on 9 On Your Side Weekend Edition.
