GOLDSBORO, N.C. -
Tuesday afternoon Goldsboro Police arrested Othel Dale Rowe after he allegedly shot a man in the head. Earlier Ronnie Lee Jones was found in the woods behind 1005 N. Spence Avenue with a gunshot wound to his head. He was taken to the hospital where he was treated and later released.
Police were able to connect the shooting to 44-year-old Othel Rowe, who they found at the Irish Inns Motel on Sunburst Drive. He was arrested and charged with assault with a deadly weapon inflicting serious injury. He has a $40,000 bond and a first appearance Wednesday.
