45-year-old Fayetteville man faces incest charges

FAYETTEVILLE, N.C. -

Cumberland County Sheriff's detectives arrested a Fayetteville man and charged him with three counts of incest.

Harold James McCray, of Devonshire Drive, was arrested Wednesday afternoon and is being held at the Cumberland County Detention Center.

Investigators reported that a witness alleges the encounters began in October 2006 and continued through September 2007. The witness claims to have seen some of the incidents.

McCray, 45, is expected to make a first court appearance Thursday at 2:30 p.m. He is being held under $600,000 bond.
