The Wayne's County Sheriff's Department has arrested and charged two men in connection to a series of vehicle break-ins in the Rosewood area.
Joseph Wilson Hasting, 20, and Nicholas Ray Cutway, 17, of Goldsboro are charged with ten felony counts of breaking and entering, nine counts of misdemeanor larceny and nine counts of misdemeanor possession of stolen goods.
In almost all of the cases the vehicles were not locked. There was no damage to the vehicles and some of the stolen property has been returned to the owners.
Hastings is being held on a $35,000 secure bond and Cutway on a $19,000 bond.
