WILLIAMSTON, N.C. -

Williamston Police have arrested a man they say shot at a home with a child inside.

The shooting happened back in January.

Police in Delaware arrested 18-year-old Taylor Everett this week.  He's accused of shooting at the home on MLK Junior Drive with his sister, Charisma Smith, a 17-year-old and a 1-year-old inside.  Dover Police say Everett's sister, also the victim in the shooting, was sheltering him in a home there.

Everett is charged with three counts of Assault with a Deadly Weapon with Intent to Kill Inflicting Serious Injury.  He's due back in North Carolina any day.  Charisma Smith and Roshanda Smith also face charges for hiding Everett.
