Florence woman arrested after 4-year-old tests positive for cocaine, other drugs

FLORENCE, SC (WBTW) - A Florence woman was arrested Thursday after a 4-year-old child in her care tested positive for cocaine and other drugs.

According to information released by the Florence County Sheriff's Department, Yolanda Adrianne Parker, 35, was charged with unlawful neglect of a child after the child tested positive for cocaine, methadone, and benzodiazepines.

Bond was set for Parker at $5,000.

Florence County Sheriff's Public Information Officer Michael Nunn would not release what the relationship was between the woman and child.
