Two Knightdale men riding motorcycles were injured when a woman driving a van turned in front of them Friday night in Raleigh.

Marilyn Alethea Lloyd, of Raleigh, was driving a 2004 Chevrolet minivan southbound on Hammond Road about 8:30 p.m. Friday night, according to the accident report.  Lloyd began to turn left onto Tryon Road when she struck two motorcycles traveling northbound on Hammond Road.

Timothy Day Croom and Bruce Basil Hemmingway, both of Knightdale, were riding Harley Davidson motorcycles when they struck Lloyd's vehicle.

Croom and Hemmingway were transported to WakeMed for treatment of non-life threatening injuries. Croom was treated and released. Hemmingway is in critical condition.
