Fayetteville Police seek man on sex assault charge

FAYETTEVILLE, N.C. -

Fayetteville police are asking the public to help find Weldon Jay Davis who's facing several sex assault charges.

Police say Davis was charged after an incident at 7 a.m. Sunday.

Charges include second-degree rape, first-degree kidnapping, assault by strangulation, assault on a female and assault in the presence of a minor.

Police says Davis' last known address was 2240 Yale Street in Fayetteville.
