Police have charged the driver who they say fired shots into an occupied vehicle, injuring a woman.

19-year-old Tre'von Morgan was charged with Felony Conspiracy in the shooting.  He's jailed under a $1,000,000 secured bond.

Officers said the shooting happened Friday, April 27 around 1 a.m. in the parking lot of Sheraton Village Apartments on Landmark Street.

The victim told police she was in the back seat of the car when the suspect(s) from another car began firing in her direction. Bullets from the gunfire pierced the car door, hitting the woman in the legs.
