TBI: missing 5-month-old located in Memphis

The Tennessee Bureau of Investigation says Ronald Flanigan has been safely recovered in Memphis, Tennessee. 


The Tennessee Bureau of Investigation and the Cookeville Police Department are asking for the public's help finding 5-month-old Ronald Flanigan.  The infant is believed to be with his parents Ronald Collins Jr. and Amanda Collins.

Recently, a court ordered to remove 5-month-old Ronald from the custody of his parents.

Investigators say the family may be headed to the Memphis, TN area. The child's father, Ronald Collins, is considered to be armed and dangerous. His parents are possibly driving a gold 4-door 1999 Buick Park Avenue.

Authorities say the car may have a temporary tag of H2283Y, but this tag does not match the vehicle. 

Ronald Collins,. Jr. is described as a 28-year-old black man with black hair and brown eyes. He is about 5'10" and weighs about 160 pounds. 

Amanda Collins is described as a 25-year-old white woman with blonde hair and blue eyes. She is about 5'6" and weighs about 200 pounds. 

Baby Ronald is said to have black hair, brown eyes and weighs about 20 pounds.
