2nd Round of Playoffs Feature Several Upsets

GREENVILLE- The second round of the state baseball and softball playoffs featured a couple of upsets and several blowouts.

In baseball, Jacksonville pulled off the upset over South Central, beating the Falcons 7-4.

At Conley, Viking ace pitcher Davis Kirkpatrick hit a bases clearing 3-run double to lead Conley over South Brunswick.

North Pitt rallied late and advanced beating South Granville 4-3.
