RALEIGH, N.C. -

A Wake Forest teen has been charged in connection with a string of assaults along the Upper Neuse Greenway Trail.

Brett Edward Gunter Hill, 17, is charged with two counts of sexual battery, one count of indecent exposure, and one count of assault and battery.

Police say on March 9, Hill slapped a victim's buttocks, resulting in a sexual battery charge. On May 12, he exposed himself to a female victim, resulting in the indecent exposure charge. On June 5, he reportedly tried to pull down a victim's shorts, results in the second sexual battery charge.

During the most recent incident, on June 11, which resulted in a charge of assault and battery, Hill pulled a victim to the ground. The victim told police that it was obvious that he intended to expose himself to her.

Police say all of the incidents occurred at various location along or directly adjacent to the greenway.

On May 29, two female victims reported that a white male exposed himself to them while walking along the greenway, although Hill has not been charged in connection with that incident.
