Normally when you do a story about a shark you do a stand-up on the beach but not this time.  See these fishermen don't want to tell me where their fishing hole is.  It's not just to protect their spot

WASHINGTON, DC -

An infant toy is on the recall list. The Consumer Product Safety Commission announced the recall of the "Buff Baby" baby rattle.

The rattles are sold under the brand name Fred & Friends and about 47,500 of them have been purchased in the United States. Fred & Friends says it has received two reports of rattle caps separating, but no injuries have been reported.

The gray plastic rattle is shaped like a dumbbell and has plastic pellets inside. It measures about 5.5 inches long and 2 inches wide and has "0.2) embossed on bother pentagon shaped ends of the rattle. The UPC code can be found on the rattles packaging. The code is 728987019098.

The rattles were sold nationwide at baby specialty stores and on Amazon.com for between $7 and $10.

If you own one of the rattles, the CPSC says take it away from small children immediately and contact Fred & Friends for a full refund.
