JOHNSON CITY, TN (WJHL) -

1:30 p.m.

The Johnson City Power Board says the lights are back on for most people in Johnson City, but crews continue to work on the last bit of the outages.

The power board says they are still unsure of what caused the outages and can't say when all of the power will be restored.

------

The Johnson City Power Board tells News Channel 11 that 1,200 customers are without power right now.

According to power board officials, they are not sure what caused the outages and they don't know when crews will be able to restore all of the power.

Washington County/Johnson City dispatchers say the outages are affecting people on Market Street, North Roan Street and a large part of Johnson City's downtown.

Dispatchers also say several traffic lights are out. If you approach a traffic signal that is not working, treat the intersection as a four-way stop (like a stop sign).
