HAWKINS COUNTY, TN (WJHL) -

Just weeks after a woman attempted to bring prescription drugs into the Hawkins County Jail, investigators determined that Kelly Marie Seal did not act alone. Five others were arrested this week for their alleged role in the crime.

Narcotics investigators say on July 8 five warrants were issued for the arrests of Agaline Collins Slone, 51, of Mooresburg, TN, Cheryl Ann Ellis, 32, of Rogersville, TN, Casey Dewanye Bledsoe, 32, of Whitesburg, TN, Cody Lee Horner 22 or Rogersville, TN, and Willie Slone, 31, of Mooresburg, TN.

The warrants were issued for the charge of introduction of a schedule III controlled substance into a penal facility.

On June 3, Seal of Rogersville, TN was arrested after narcotics officers said she attempted to send a pair of prescription glasses with Suboxone sublingual films into the Hawkins County Jail. Investigators say the ear pieces were packed with cut-up pieces of Suboxone sublingual films, a schedule III controlled substance. Seal is currently free on bond and awaiting her trial date.

Earlier this week when officers arrived at Agaline Slone's home, she was found in possession of Suboxone sublingual films, Alprazolam pills and Phentermine. Alprazolam and Phentermine are classified as a schedule IV controlled substance, and she did not have a prescription for any of the medication.

Agaline Slone is currently being held at the Hawkins County Jail on a $30,000 bond. Ellis, Horner, Bledsoe and Willie Sloan are all in the Hawkins County Jail and they are each being held on a $20,000 bond.

Horner, Bledsoe, and Willie Slone are currently not eligible to make bond due to having jail sentences resulting from previous charges. Bledsoe is already serving time for a previous violation of probation. Horner is currently serving time for a previous violation of community corrections and failure to appear. And Slone is serving time on a previous theft of property over $500.00 charge and a violation of probation.
