Pitt County Post 39 takes 2-0 lead in Eastern Championship

WILSON, N.C. -

It's the Eastern Championship in the American Legion Playoffs and Pitt County Post 39 just keeps rolling along. They scored five runs in the 9th to steal game one, then they got a great performance from Jehneil House to win game two.

D-H Aaron Clark led Pitt County at the plate going 3-3 with two RBI's. Meanwhile, House went 7 innings on the mound to pick up the win.

Pitt County won 6-4 and these two teams will be back in action on Wednesday in Wilson. This is a best of five series.
