92-yr.-old woman working at McDonald's and lovin' it

STORY CITY, I.A. -

A 92-yr.-old woman working in fast food isn't slowing down.  Sara Dappen has been an employee of an Iowa, McDonald's for the past five years.

She cleans tables and keeps the place tidy, but she said her favorite thing to do is talk to customers.

"I thought it was more interesting to keep walking around here than to be walking up and down the street, and this keeps me from sitting," said Dappen.

"I think it's crazy and she's going to last to be like 110 working at McDonald's," said Elizabeth Holmes, Dappen's manager at McDonald's.

A U.K. newspaper ran an article earlier this month about an 88-year-old man the newspaper thought could be the world's oldest McDonald's employee; but Dappen has him beat by four years.
