RALEIGH, N.C. -

Two 18-year-olds in Raleigh were arrested Wednesday and charged with breaking and entering, larceny of a firearm and possession of marijuana.

Erik Timothy Stammers, of Oak Park Road, is charged with two counts each of breaking and entering, and larceny after breaking and entering. He is also charged with one count each of larceny of a firearm, possession with intent to sell and deliver marijuana, and possessions of drug paraphernalia.

James Alexander Russo, of Hostetler Street, is charged with one count each of breaking and entering, larceny of a firearm, larceny after breaking and entering, possession of stolen goods, possession with intent to sell and deliver marijuana, possession of paraphernalia, and possession of burglary tools.

Police say they got a call at 12:05 a.m. Wednesday about a suspicious car on Washington Street in Raleigh. The two were arrested there, near Fred Fletcher Park off Glenwood Avenue, and two others were with them but not charged.

Police found nine long guns and one handgun in the car, and their investigation revealed the guns had been taken from a neighbor of Stammers.

Stammers is a student at Sanderson High School.
