JOHNSON CITY, TN (WJHL) -

This week's Monday's Most Wanted features two unsolved cases under investigation by Johnson City Police.

One involves the robbery of a Sunoco convenience store on the Bristol Highway (Highway 11E) on July 12th.

A man stormed into the store just before closing time waving a gun and demanding cash.  While it's hard to make out the identity of the suspect, police think he's between 5'8" and 6' tall with facial hair and light colored eyes.

"We're hoping someone will recognize his mannerisms," said Steve Sherfey, Johnson City Police.    "He was very aggressive, unusually forceful with long strides as he walked."

Police are also trying to find a man who they say used someone else's identity to try to get prescription medication.

On July 3rd, a man called Kroger's pharmacy on Sunset Drive in Johnson City and said he was a pharmacist in Melbourne, Florida with a prescription for one of his patients.

The drug he wanted to prescribe was the sleeping aid Ambien.

When the caller didn't use proper protocol, the pharmacist on duty that day got suspicious and called police.

Officers want to find Michael Huff, 32, whose last known address was a Johnson City homeless shelter.   Police want to find him and charge him with impersonation and identity theft as well as prescription drug fraud by phone.

If you  have information about either of these cases, call Johnson City Police at 423-434-6158. Or you can text: 423JCPD+TIP  TO  84711 (TIP411).
