ACC announces preseason All-ACC Team

GREENSBORO, N.C. -

Four North Carolina players, two from Wake Forest and Duke were part of the 2013 Atlantic Coast Conference Preseason team released Wednesday.

The Tar Heels placed two players on offense and two on defense for the squad selected by voting conducted at the 42nd annual ACC Football Kickoff held Sunday and Monday in Greensboro. Only Florida State, with six players, had more chosen for the preseason team.

The leading vote getter was Clemson quarterback and returning ACC Player of the Year Tajh Boyd with 59 votes. Miami running back Duke Johnson was next with 58 and Clemson wide receiver Sammy Watkins was third with 57.
