Plymouth man arrested for identity theft, more charges expected

PLYMOUTH, N.C. -

On July 27, 2013 Washington police detectives arrested Gary Januel Blount age 29 of Hwy 45 Plymouth.  Blount was charged with financial card fraud and identity theft.  Blount was released on a $8,000 bond pending appearances.  Additional charges are expected as the investigation continues and involves multiple jurisdictions.
