2 arrested in connection with Aberdeen Burger King murder

ABERDEEN, N.C. -

Aberdeen Police say a 24-year-old man was shot and killed by two suspects Saturday morning at a Burger King. 

Wesley Allen Swinnie, of Hoffman, N.C., was getting into his car when he was shot, police said.

Swinnie had just finished eating with his father at the Burger King on U.S. 1 when the shooting occurred around 9 a.m., police said. 

Aberdeen Police arrested Miquale Willie Green, 20, and Adam Anthony White, 25, in connection with the shooting.

Green and White are both charged with first-degree murder and are being held at the Moore County Jail under no bond, authorities said.

Aberdeen police said the investigation into the incident is on-going and more charges may be filed.
